What Guests Want To Know

We release tickets for our pub crawls 30-60 days in advance. If you are looking to crawl with us on a specific date and it is Sold Out, please email info@neworleanscrawling.com or complete our online contact form. We will let you know when we plan on releasing those tickets.
The crawl begins at the bar Parasol’s located at 2533 Constance St., New Orleans LA 70130. Your guide will be outside holding a New Orleans Crawling sign with our crawling baby logo.
If your crawl starts in less than 30 minutes, you can contact your guide
directly at (504) 387-8897.

If your crawl does not begin in the next half hour, please email info@neworleanscrawling.com.
The exact ending location varies, but all pub crawls end within .5 miles of our meeting spot (2533 Constance St., New Orleans LA 70130).
The pub crawls last approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes
There is plenty of street parking available in the neighborhood.

Our pub crawls operate heat, rain, snow, or shine.
If you purchased Tour Protection, you can cancel or reschedule your pub crawl up to 24 hours prior to the start of the tour by emailing info@neworleanscrawling.com.

For guests without Tour Protection, all sales are final and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you have already purchased your tickets and would like to add Tour Protection, please email us at info@neworleanscrawling.com.
Please bring your ID showing you are 21+ years of age. If you are an international guest, please bring your passport as it is required by some bars.
You do not need a physical ticket. You can check in with the guide simply using your name and ID.

Unfortunately, no. All guests must be 21 or older and present valid ID prior to the tour.
We offer 2 different ticket options:

Our Happy Hour package includes a draft beer or cider of your choice at each bar (two 16 oz. pints, one 12 oz. glass. and one 10 oz. glass).

Our Dry Run Reservation includes the tour but no pre-paid drinks. This option is better for those who prefer to buy wine or liquor directly from the bars.
Yes. Our Happy Hour ticket includes hard cider as an option at each bar. If you prefer wine or liquor, you can purchase our Dry Run ticket and buy drinks directly from the bars.
Unfortunately, no. Due to time constraints, we cannot order food on the crawl. The last bar has a full menu and plenty of room for anyone to dine.
You will only be walking a half mile total on the pub crawl.

However, the sidewalks in our neighborhood can be very difficult to
navigate, but we will do our best to keep us on smooth sidewalks.
Our pub crawl route varies, so we cannot say with certainty which bars we will go to on a tour. However, all of the bars are within a few blocks of each other.
Unfortunately, no. You will have to book your tickets ahead of time.

The crawl begins at the bar Parasol’s located at 2533 Constance St., New Orleans LA 70130. Your guide will be in the back dining area. The guide will have a New Orleans Crawling sign featuring our crawling baby logo.
We offer pub crawls daily at 1:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m. Each pub crawl lasts approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.
By law, all guests must be at least 21 years old and have proper ID even if the guest is not going to drink. Therefore, we cannot allow anyone under the age of 21 on the crawl, including children and infants.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early in order to check into the crawl as the tour will leave on time. Please be sure that everyone in your group has their ID showing they are 21+ years old. Before arriving, please have everyone in your group complete the e-waiver that was sent to the email address you provided for your booking.
No need to bring a physical ticket with you. You can check-in using your name. Please be sure that everyone in your group has their ID showing they are 21+ years old.
We advise that you purchase your ticket as soon as possible as we do sell out and walk-up sales are not allowed.
We have guests of all age ranges as long as they are 21+ years old. From young backpackers to retirees, our crawls are designed for everyone to enjoy.
Tour Protection is offered at check out for $5 per head allowing guests to cancel or reschedule. For guests with Tour Protection, cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the start of your crawl. If you’d like to cancel or reschedule, please email info@neworleanscrawling.com.

We offer 2 different ticket options. Our Happy Hour package is $55 and includes 4 beers of your choice – one at each pub. The other option is our Dry Run which is $25 and does not include any prepaid drinks. With either ticket option, you can still purchase drinks directly from the bars themselves. Please note that our Happy Hour ticket only includes beer and not wine or liquor.

If you prefer wine or liquor, we suggest buying the Dry Run ticket and buying your drinks directly from the bars.
